American Declaration of Independence in 1776 it says: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness "
But when US Army conducts the war of aggression in Vietnam, the U.S. military has trampled the "Rights" above, including international law. They make a series of arrests, torture, rape, shootingkilling to the civilians and prisoners of war, including conducting mass murder (notably the massacre of 504 normal civilians at Son My, Quang Ngai 1968). The U.S. military also used special weapons which was prohibited by international conventions such as: cluster bombs, phosphorus bombs, toxic chemicals, particularly Agent Orange ... When waging war destruction in northern Vietnam, 11/1965, General Curtis LeMay, commander of the U.S. Strategic Air Force still said that: "They will push the North Vietnam back to the Stone Age".
